FRIENDLY REMINDER

Rent is due on the 1st of every month no later than the 3rd. Late fees will be applied as of the 4th at $50 plus $10 per day thereafter. Evictions are to be filed on the 10th which will add an additional $101 eviction filing fee to your account. Once rent is considered late, payments must be made with certified funds only and paid in full. No partial payments are accepted.
