My apartment community Royal Phoenician apartments is as good as it get here in the Greenspoint area. One of the perks I love is the ability to pay my rent online and put in a maintenance request and check the status of my request. I was skeptical at first when looking the the old reviews by moving here, but I took a chance. I love the staff and the management here cause they are professional, patient, and work with tenants on their issues. Chris the assistant manager has done a tremendous job with cleaning up and getting bad ppl out of this community. My neighbors are awesome and we all look out for each other. I signed another year here cause I know they have taken care of me....This is one of the best communities in the Greenspoint area and no they will not let anybody live here... I love my Royal Phoenician.
